Simulation View Problem

Hi,

I am facing a problem with the Simulation View Window.

I do not know what exactly is happening but a part of the graphics is not there.

Please check the attached image.

In addition, when I assign resources, the simulation stays in ZERO (not working)

In Uninstalled and Reinstalled twice, reboot my laptop, but nothing fixed.

Thank you for your patience. Our team has been working on this issue and would like to recommend that you confirm that security_BizagiStudio.exe is included as a trusted site (as its omission might be the cause for the issue you are reporting).

In case the issue is still happening after that adjustment, please let us know so that we may give you instructions to share with us your project's backup (we will use it to replicate the reported scenario and try and find a possible solution).

Hi Laura,

I am so sorry, I had replied to support directly by email.

I did what they asked to do with the security_BizagiStudio.exe file. But it did not work.

I am attaching a pdf file with the same explanation that I sent by email to support and the other exported files within a .zip file.

I am a teacher and I use Bizagi to show the students how they can manage their business process, so I use Bizagi modeler to make the first part of the class but I can not do a simulation with Bizagi Studio. The students installed the software on their computers and works good.
