Not a Problem

upgraded to v4 - now "cloud" disappeared - cannot open my workspace

Hi All,

I opened bizagi a few moments ago, and a window opened offering an upgrade to v4. I did so (since v3 is so slow), but now, when I go to Open menu, I only see PC. I no longer see "cloud" even though my account info is there, and even I've clicked on "Refresh..." many times.. nothing happens...

Do I need to do something extra?

Dear Leonardo,

Thank you for letting us know your questions. This happens because personal users of the Bizagi Modeler do not have access to cloud storage. You may recover your files stored in Cloud by installing the previous version back, accessing the cloud storage, and download your models to local storage. Then you can reinstall the version 4.0 and work with all your models locally.
