Update x App

Hello

When trying to use the bizagi app, I get the message:

"It is not possible to securely access your application until your platform is upgraded. Get in touch with your platform Administrator"

Do I absolutely need to update?

Is there any way to not update my version now but still use the app?

My version is 11.1.2.2182

Dear Jefferson,

Thank you for letting us know your questions. In your case we would highly recommend that you open a Support ticket in the Support Site. Through the ticket, you will be able to receive the corresponding upgrade for 11.1.2.
