Unable to see list of assignees when the task is assigned to role

Hi,

We have a question regarding the assignees list when the task is assigned to role. When we run the case path, assignees list is showing as "Unassigned". But when we go to timeline, it is giving the available users. Is there a way to check assignees list on the workflow path? This is really confusing. We don't want to give timeline access to all our users.

Please let me know if any additional information needed.

Dear Krish,

Thank you for letting us know your questions. Unfortunately, the current version of the Bizagi Suite does not have the feature you are describing, but it can only be done through the timeline of cases.

If you want, we can change this topic into an idea so that the Product team may see it and assess its feasibility for implementation.

Hello Krish,

as alternative to timeline, user can use "View Summary" icon in inbox and in "Assignees" tab they should see list of users to whom case is assigned.
