Unable to process the case: Input string was not in a correct format.


We are facing an issue in our production environment which is working fine in Dev and Test environments. Attached is the error log file from the production environment. We don't have any expressions which is trying to parse Int to String or String to Int. Please assist me on this to identify and resolve the issue.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Looking at the information you attached, we can see that the error is happening in a performance rule. Thus, our recommendation would be to check the rule and see if maybe the attribute that is being sent is a string rather than the user id.
