Unable to create projects although I am a part of the Administrator and Bizagi groups

Hi,

I have installed Bizagi studio and I am also a part of both Administrator and Bizagi groups. When I try to create a Project it says "Your Account does not belong to the Bizagi and Administrators group. Include the account or Provide authorized credentials"

Please help me get this issue resolved.

Good morning Jayanth,

To check that your user is part of both groups, follow these steps:

-Open the utility to Edit Windows Local Users and Groups.

- Click on the Groups option.

- Find the Administrators Group and make sure you are included. Otherwise, add your username by clicking on the Add option and enter your data.

-Find the Bizagi Group and make sure you are included. Otherwise, add your username by clicking on the Add option and enter your data.

Thanks Andres for your response.

I created another user ID and I was able to create projects in the Studio. Previously I was using Azure AD ID to login to Bizagi and create projects. This did not work, so I had to create local users on the machine and it worked.
