Dear Jemery,

In order to solve this problem, please follow these steps:

1. Verify SQL Server prerequisites : http://help.bizagi.com/bpmsuite/en/index.html?prerequisites_sqlserver.htm

2. if you are running 10.7 server, please replace the attached file in the following places:

  • C:\Program Files\Bizagi\Bizagi Studio\Studio
  • C:\Program Files\Bizagi\Bizagi Studio\ProjectModel\Database
  • C:\Program Files\Bizagi\Bizagi Studio\MC

Best Regards

Dear Jeremy,

Thank you for your feedback. Please tell us the collation of your SQL Server, Bizagi version (kb.bizagi.com/Knowledgebase/HOWTO-verify-the-version-of-your-installed-Bizagi-Studio-or-Bizagi-Management-Console), Windows version and if the SQL server was installed by the installer of Bizagi Studio.

We look forward to hearing from you

originally the sql server was the bizagi installed version but this isn't

I tried uninstalling all sql servers and reinstalling bizagi and selecting to install the bundled SQL Express 2008, but the installer kept telling me i need to reboot to install SQL, I'd reboot and launch the installer again but the same thing kept happenning
