Trigram in Timeline (better than only initials)

Hi Support Team,

You will find attached a screen of a timeline where one of my colleagues (initials PF) is having a task assigned. The timeline uses initals of users and it is difficult to determine the real name of the task's user. Why ? Because another colleague is having the same initials has the first one.

It would be great to have a new field in the Preference form dedicated to each user where the initials or a trigram could be entered. The content of this field would then be used in the Timeline.
