Can you please share the previous screen (login screen) that comes before the error message?

Usually, when you enter your credentials, the default account his the admin/owner of the PC, in this case, is the WORKGROUP/SYSTEM. Please verify in the Local Users and Groups if this WORKGROUP is included in the Administrators and Bizagi Administrators too (Both groups are marked in the attachment).
