The problem of Kartab not being Farsi

Hello

I did the process completely. When exiting the project, I want to change the language of the menu and cartable to Farsi, but it is not possible.

I searched for Farsiization methods and tested them all, but I did not succeed.

Also, the date display should be in Farsi solar format.
