Technical Issue: New Case Creation in Workspace Exiting System
It seems like there might be an issue in my Workspace when creating a new Case. After setting everything up for it, upon clicking "New Case," it displays "Loading" and then eventually exits the system after some time. The case itself is created, but the associated form doesn't appear. Any idea why this might be happening?

Thank you for reaching out to us. The issue you report probably happens because there is an error in some form action or in the server, so the browser does not receive the answer to the request. Our recommendation would be to check the event log and the browser's developer tools (usually available through clicking F12) and see if there is an error that gives more detail into what is occurring.
