Thank you for letting us know your questions. To have a subscription name from the beginning, you would need to have a subscription. However, if you read the text under the space to write the subscription name, you will notice that in case you do not have a subscription, a trial will begin for you to use the Bizagi Studio Collaboration Services free during a set period of time, in which case you can use the name of the project you want to create as the name of the subscription.
