Studio V11 - Process xchange template not running

Hello,

I have downloaded the Xchange template "Purchases", and followed the tutorial steps for instalation and execution.

When running the project, it load the webpage, but it doesn't show the template itens. The menu dont have any cases available or anything. It is like its a blank project.

Also in the model process module it doesn't show me the processes.

Can anyone help me? Am I messing any step? Have this happened to any one?

Dear Bruno,

As soon as you import a Process in Studio, you should see all processes there:

If in Studio you don´t have your processes, then there was something wrong in the downloading an installation.

Close Bizagi Studio, and follow carefully the steps in this article: http://help.bizagi.com/bpmsuite/en/process_central.htm

Hi Bruno,

I had the same issue, the way for solve this is to update the process, after that you should be able to start the process.

Dear Diogo,

You need to follow these steps:

  1. Restart IIS after installing a Xchange Process
  2. Click on red site to display all processes: a4bd438a98a116d1c10fa7c0aab0af89

Dear Juan,

Still the process doesn't appear if we don't upgrade it.

I'm using a VM with Windows Server 2016, Bizagi x64 Version 11.0.0.2546, MSSQL 2014 Express and IIS.

I tried to create a new project, import the Xchange process, restart IIS, click on the icon you said, still doesn't show up.
