starting the bizagi server standard service

hi. I installed bizagi studio on windows server 2016 and setting it with the database sql server 2014 .. the installation went well. but when I want to create a new project, I have the following message:

The server (servername) is unreachable. Make sure that the Bizagi Engine Operation Services is running and that your user in included in the server's Bizagi group.

after searching the internet, I realized that the problem was Bizagi service that has not started, but I do not find this service in the list of windows server services 2016. what to do?

Dear Bezalel

It looks like something went wrong with Bizagi Operation Service. Try reinstalling it. Please follow these steps:

- Go to C:\Program Files\Bizagi\Bizagi Studio\ServerOperationsService

- Right click on uninstall_x64.bat and select "Run as administrator"

- Right click on install_x64.bat and select "Run as administrator"

- Open Bizagi Studio again

Also check your firewall or corporate security software that may be blocking these requests.

Verify if you have opened the following ports as well as the user who run the application belongs to administrator and bizagi groups.

Technical requirements:

For the communication between workstations using Bizagi Studio and the Development servers, the following technical requirements must be met:

•Enabled UDP port numbers: 50051, 50052 and 50053 to automatically discover other eligible Bizagi servers in the network (optional).

•Enabled TCP port number 5679 to send and receive information.

•Enabled TCP port number specific of your database service (e.g, 1433 by default for SQL Server, 1521 by default for Oracle, or similar).

•A local admin account at the central server to create the Bizagi project (or further administration tasks such as to upgrade the project's version, or deploy the processes to another environment). Users connecting to the created project to work on the implementation do not need administrator rights but an authorized entry at the Bizagi group.
