Unwanted test cases

How can I delete Bizagi cases of my processes which are not useful, but created for testing?

Dear Borko,

To delete cases in a development or Test environment, you may use the "Clean Cases" option available in Bizagi's Management Console.

The problem with this is that it erases all master entities.

Is there any way to be more selective on what you erase?

Another issue are parameter entities.

What if you want to delete a row (not disable it)?

Dear Jaime,

Erase cases from Management Console only delete cases. It does not erase any master neither parameter entities.

The reason why parameter values can not be deleted is because they can be used in any process case. There is a way to separate the values from environments. Please read this article: http://help.bizagi.com/bpmsuite/en/index.html?where_to_manage_parameter_enti.htm.

Hi Juan... thanks for your reply,

Actually "Delete Cases" DOES erase all cases and master entities (see image).

DeleteCases

In some cases I have some processes that create CUSTOMERS (Customer master entity).Another process creates INVOICES (Invoice master entity).I would love to be able to delete all cases, all invoices but not the customers.

I understand parameter entities can be used in processes (but sometimes they are not used). The idea is to be able to delete them if they are not used (if I created one by mistake in development and/or production).

Regards,

Jaime

Dear Jaime,

To protect the integrity of information, Bizagi does not allow partial erasure. The specified function to delete cases and information of master entities should only be used when the production stage is initiated to eliminate data used in testing.
