Problems with updating Bizagi 112 to 113.

Good afternoon.! But I sent some messages and I still haven't heard back about the issue of updating Bizag from version 112 to version 113.

As previously explained, when downloading version 113, the files available on the website have the correct name, but version 112 is still available.

Therefore, every time a file is opened it asks to update.

So this morning when I went in, 113 had disappeared and 122 was now the option. So I clicked upgrade, and it downloaded the incorrect version of 113. It reinstalled 112 and I still get the same message

Hi Julie,

Just to confirm what you are saying, you receive a message to update to Modeler version 122, but the exe file in the website is 113. Is that correct?

Comigo acontece a mesma coisa da 112 está pedindo para atualizar para 122 e baixa a 113 e instala a 112

Hello Julie

Yes, Bizagi indicates there is a new upgrade available. If I select upgrade and download the exe file. The upgrade file would have been titled 4.0.0.113 but when I complete the upgrade the version installed would be titled 4.0.0.112. Subsequently when I open Bizagi again I would be told again there was a new version available. I had stop upgrading for this reason. I have noted there is a new upgrade 4.0.0.122 and is the version that is upgrade so does look like Bizagi has corrected the issue. I have noted that to avoid Bizagi timing-out/shutting down on startup I do not signin, complete authentication. I have noted not completing this step I can continue to use Bizagi.

Same problem here.

Today the update prompt jumped from Version *.113 to *.122, but I could only download the same download-file labeled .113, that installed version .112.

Also I've recently reset my login-credentials and while they work on this site, the only way to login in the modeler is to use my old password.

What works for me is to skip the modeler-login completely and work with the local files.

The latest version (4.0.0.128) isn't asking me to upgrade and isn't crashing every time I try to log in, but it's not letting me log in - "Response status code does not indicate success: 500 (Internal Server Error)"

I can work locally without logging in, but it's not letting me publish to SharePoint Online or Word - "One or more errors occurred."

It's been a month of resetting login credentials, rolling back and reinstalling - would love to hear from the folk at Bizagi

Update, and good news! One of the subprocesses in my process map had corrupted. I re-created the subprocess and was able to publish again.

I have a same / similar problem with version 128. It works OK, no requirements for next update but I have a problem with signing in:

- BizAgi modeler asks me to sign in twice

- sometimes Internal server error 500 appears

- If I signed in no info about signed user appears on right upper corner

- publishing to sharepoint ends with error

WHat I am doing i wrong way??

Thx, JJ
