Thank you for letting us know your questions. Regarding the first error you are reporting (first image), this might be because something during installation went off and the configuration ended up being incomplete, thus we would recommend that you reinstall the program and try again.

About the second error (second image), you need a corporate email to register for access to the trial of Studio Collaboration Services, so the message you are receiving might be because you are using a personal email.
