Limit user to create just one case in a period of time

I want to limit my users to could just create one case not more of a process I created for them, how can i do that ?

Thank you for letting us know your questions. A way to do what you need is to create a business rule that limits either the number of cases that users are able to create, the number of simultaneously active cases, or the users' permission to create cases. This business rule is created during the creation phase of the process.
