JEE Project : error - Bizagi version could not be published ...
Hi,
In development environment, when running the project, I get the followig while publishing :
In which folder is the server log to be checked ? What can explain such an error ?
I advance, thanks for your help.
Regards,
Walter
Dear Walter,
Please follow this article to find out the log file: http://help.bizagi.com/bpmsuite/en/index.html?error_control_and_diagnostics_.htm. After that, give us the log information.
In addition, check this article about JEE configuration:
We look forward to hear from you
Dear Juan,
thank you for your return.
While I'm checking the config, please note that I'm only in development environment, so this occurs in dev env (comining with Studio). Also this does not happens with new JEE project recently created with very last installation of 10.7.0.2145 Studio and JEE Plugin.
This occurs with former JEE projects created :
It seems that it's a question of "aligning" de Pluging version to make the publishing process finish correctly.
How to recover former JEE projects ? Or simply "align" de JEE Plugin.
Thanks and regards,
Walter.
Dear Walter,
Meanwhile we´re analyzing this problem, please check this article to upgrade JEE project: http://help.bizagi.com/bpmsuite/en/index.html?jee_version_upgrade.htm

Dear Juan,
thanks for your return.
I already read this article. It seems to be for test and production environment.
My case is in development environment. So, it's not clear to me how to use this information.
Regards,
Walter.
Dear Walter,
To solve this issue, usually you need to open the task manager and kill all "java" processes.
In addition, you can deploy the project manually. Check this article to know how to: http://help.bizagi.com/bpmsuite/en/index.html?jee_jboss_deploy.htm.
We suggest to do the deploy mannualy instead of using Bizagi Studio.

Dear Juan,
thanks for your complement.
Deploying the project manually in development environment looks too long and too technical to me.
Especially when we know that in works for new JEE projects.
I worked around in creating a new empty JEE project and restoring into this one the DB of the former one. Seems to work and is quite easy and fast to do compare to manual deployement.
You can close this topic.
Thanks again.
Walter.
Dear Juan,
actuallly, the work around is not going so well. I will investigate further.
Meanwhile, is it possible to open again the topic.
Regards,
Walter.
