Integrity error - multiple related entities found - need help please
Hello,
i was trying to define a form but after trying it out i received the following error:
Unable to process the case: Integrity error - multiple related entities found for entity 10001, key 405.
It's a simple form, that contains an ID and two booleans.
Like:
ID: Value (string)
Text1: boolean (yes/no)
Text2: boolean (yes/no)
thanks for any advice.

Good afternoon Nicola,
I recommend you delete the form you created and create a new one, many times it is solved since some id can be duplicated by mistake, if it is not solved and the error continues to appear, please share the event viewer to better identify the problem .
