Importing a BAK file from e-learning

I am unable to import the BAK file from the e-learning course Process automation 2. There are two files, and not one of them is able to open. I have already let them open with Modeler which says "The file is invalid or corrupt.". And opening it with Bizagi Studio, doesn't pop up any process. It sticks at the wizard.

Worthwile to mention is that I am running Parallels on my Macbook, making use of Windows.

Dear Christiaan,

Thank you for writing your questions and letting us know your issues. BAK files are database backups for SQL, so they should not be opened with Modeler. The issue might be due to the steps you are following to restore the database using the downloaded backups; you may find more about this process in the following link: https://help.bizagi.com/bpm-suite/en/index.html?studio_restoresql.htm

Best regards,
