Idle Timer Expired error

I built my first process in Studio--simple two step thing. I hit "Run" and started a new case in the portal. When I hit next on the case's first screen, I get an "Idle Timer Expired" error. (Both Chrome & Edge) I can't find any documentation on how to fix this. Please help! Thanks!

This error might be happening because the wrong protocol for connection is used; so, please make sure you are using https and not http in the connection settings.
