Not a Problem

I can't see my process in the work portal

I have created a new process in Bizagi but I cant see my process in the work portal.

Troubleshooting activities that I have done so far:

1) Clear cache from [Server]/webservice/cache.asmx

2) Restarted IIS Several times

3) Added the users to stakeholders which usually use for the processes

4) Tried to open Microsoft Edge

5) Cleared cache of chrome

If there is anything else that I should try to make this work.

Thank you for reaching out to us. The issue you report could be happening for one of two reasons:

On the one hand, it could be a wrong configuration of the process as sub processes and modules are not listed; so, if your process is configured as a sub process, it will not appear. For more information on this, you can read the following article: https://help.bizagi.com/platform/en/index.html?process_properties.htm (the information we are telling you about is in the section "Runtime tab" > Access Type (in the table of properties")).

On the other hand, there might be an issue with authorization. To grant access rights to the process you want to see, please read the following article: https://help.bizagi.com/platform/en/index.html?grant_access_rights.htm
