I can not access bizagi studio

I've already tried installing on 4 different computers, and the error is always the same. I can not access bizagi studio. One hour says that it is error in SQL EXPRESS database, another time says that I have to enter login and password, (which I do not have because it is not the same login and password that I use in the bizagi site).

I have been trying to use bizagi since January and it does not work. I've already made other posts asking for help, but my topics are deleted and I have not received any explanation for what might be happening.

On my home computer, I was able to access once, and in the others, the same error appears, allowing me to open any project or even start a new one.
