How to delete a reusable form in Bizagi?

Thank you for letting us know your questions. The option to eliminate forms should be available from the editor of forms. If there are some dependences associated to the form you are deleting, there will be a message informing that and asking you to delete said dependencies before deleting the form.

Bear in mind that the first article clarifies that once deployed, global and summary forms cannot be deleted so if that is your case, maybe that is why you cannot find the option to delete.
