How to customize the fields present in Case details.
How to customize the fields which appear when we expand the arrow on the right hand side of the case. I have attached screen shot.

Its imposible to customize the right column.
But you can add information about the process.
1. Description: You need to edit the process and fill the name and description form.

2. You can create Acronyms for Parent process and subproccess.
