How do I customize the 'New Case' start form heading?
When a user creates a new case on the Work Portal, the form associated with the Start element displays a header with the phrase 'New Case'. My agency deals with court cases, and this term is confusing to users. How can I customize the heading, ideally to something more process-specific, like "New Abc Request"?

Nevermind. In the two-day period we were waiting for you to 'moderate' the question, we figured it out.
Here are our findings.
1. You can change the phrase 'New Case', but it will be global; you can't have a different phrase for each process.
2. This text is also shared by the main navigation, so whatever you change it to, that's what the navigation tab will read.
