Getting Error while installing Studio in Windows Server 2012 R2

Hi,

I am trying to install Bizagi Studio in Windows Server 2012 R2. i am getting the error like "BizAgi.Installation.App has stopped working". I installed the Bizagi Modeler first, it is installed successfully.

After that i tried to install the Studio, it's asking for language selection and ask me to install .NET Framework 4.6.1. And finally, when trying to verify the Database, i got the error message.

I am trying to install, Bizagi Studio version 11.1.1.2035.

I have attached the error image for reference.

kindly suggest the root cause of the error and how to overcome with it.

Dear Fakeer

Please make sure you uninstall your current Bizagi Studio (if you have one) before installing the new version. Please refer to the following article for more details:

Then, you may delete appsettings.xml file from C:\ProgramData\Bizagi\Enterprise\BizagiStudio and launch the installer again.

If this does not help, please send us the EventViewer logs to further assist.

1. Right-click or tap and hold the Start icon. Choose Event Viewer.

2. The Event Viewer appears.

3. On the left, choose Event Viewer, Custom Views, Administrative Events.

4. Click on Application and send us the related installation messages.
