Getting an error: It seems that the connection has been lost suddenly.

Hi,

When I try to sign into Bizagi Studio Portable, I am getting the error:

It seems that the connection has been lost suddenly. Please check the internet connection is available and try again.

FYI: This issue is being encountered on my company network and not at my home set up.

Checked the firewall and bizagi and azure are not blocked. Maybe setting up a proxy will help.

Also checked the logs and its showing errors for methods SignIn and ValidateLogIn.

Any help to resolve this would be welcome!
