Favorite Case

hi there, my users who creates new case in their work portals, want to see its case in his inbox.

I told them they can select favorite list to tack their case and be always in front of their eyes :)

But the problem is that when the case creator initiates the process and submit his form for another user although its case has star mark but he can not see his case in his favorite list.

could you please help me about this problem.
