Execution Error with unattended UIPath Bot / Error associated process for attended bots
Dear support and community,
we have running a new Bizagi instance with software version 11.2.5.0607.
We have successfully registered a UIPath Cloud Tenant. The available UIPath bots (attended and unattended) are listed in Bizagi.
After we configured the unattended bot in the integrate step in the wizard. The Mapping of the output and input is also done.
When we start a case in the work portal and the bot task is ready the json files with the input mapping will be created but the system retrieves an error while starting / tranfering the bot in the UIPath orchestrator.
The Log-File shows following error: "Robot starten - Error Error executing the RPA Bot. Process Instance Name: UIPath - Hello, CaseId: 1601, An organization unit is required for this action."
A similiar error occurs if we want to use attended bots an want to open the associated process for attended bots in the expert view -> robbots -> >UIPath Attended bots for each UIPath process. Here we get attached error message:
The modern folder setting in the UIPath is activated. We are running against the current cloud-version of UIPath.
Is there actually a problem running bots with the latest or above listed Bizagi version with the UIPath Cloud?
What is the reason for the error "organization unit is required"?
Thanx for your reply or hints in advance.
Michael
Dear Michael,
Thank you for letting us know your questions. This error you are reporting is directly related to UIPath rather than Bizagi, so we recommend you look into the UIPath forums and see if maybe there's an answer for you there.
For example, this article might be of use to you: https://forum.uipath.com/t/get-transaction-item-an-organization-unit-is-required-for-this-action-error-code-1101/247197

Hi Laura,
have you more informations to my questions above? Should I open a service ticket instead?
Thank you.
Hi Michael,
We are so sorry for the delay in following up with this question. We were looking at this issue and this is the answer we got from the development team:
This error occurs because the UIPath orchestrator has a lot of folders created (called Organizational Units by UIPath), which is not supported yet in Bizagi Studio 11.2.5. These considerations are documented in the following article: https://help.bizagi.com/bpm-suite/en/index.html?uipath-troubleshooting.htm
The solution in this case is to delete all folders but one.
Let us know if this helps to answer the question or if you need further assistance.
Best regards,
Laura G
