Error when creating New Case in Vacation Leave Form

When trying to submit the first Vacation Request from the Work Portal as "Employee", the following error pops up momentarily in the lower right-hand corner:

Unable to process the case : Automatic Task failed.ID task=1, ID case=1. Unable to connect to the remote server.

I am attaching the screen short.

Please help me I am new in bizagi tool

Dear Varsha,

This issue happens due to connection issues to the remote server. In this case, we strongly recommend performing a reset of the IIS. Below is a link with the iisreset procedure. Also, in this article https://help.bizagi.com/bpm-suite/en/index.html?bizagi_work_portal.htm, you will find that "For Bizagi Authentication Method, it is necessary to execute IISRESET once this field is modified."
