Error saving LDAP settings

I get the following message when I try to save «LDAP» settings:

"ContactEmail and full name are mandatory attributes in AttributeMapping tab. Include them for all environments you have configured. "

This is while I entered both the «fullname» and «ContactMail» in the «Attribute Mapping» tab for all environments.

This problem occurred after upgrading to version 11.2.5 (from 11.0.0) and now users are not currently updating from AD.

Thank you for reaching out to us with your questions. Please confirm to us if you have a Production environment because if that is the case, you have a paid license with us and therefore access to the Support site to create a ticket.
