Solved

Error in Unicode Bizagi

Hi

I encountered a strange bug while working with parametric entities.

To simulate this bug, consider the following scenario

1- Creating a parameter entity with "sampleParam" name

2- Create a column with the name of "test1" of string type

3-1- Assigning the value "برای تست - یرای آزمایش" => persian utf8 charset

3-2- Assigning the value "برای تست / آزمایش" => persian utf8 charset

4- After assigning the value, change the entity of the parameter is created ast 1 step ,and add another field to it

5- After this change, all the values are seen as ????? is shown

The Support team has been working on this issue, trying to replicate it in a slightly more recent version of the Bizagi SCS, and we were not able to replicate the issue you reported. Thus, we would like to recommend that you try with the latest version available at the official downloads portal of Bizagi.

In case the issue still continues, please let us know and provide us with information about the infrastructure you are using: languages and collation, as well as a query in the database to verify whether the information is correctly saved and the behavior is only presented in the web application at visual level.

We would like to thank you for your patience during this process.
