Enhance Work Portal usability

I have experience with other BPMS plataforms (Lombardi-IBM, jBPM, Activiti). From my point of view, BizAgi has the best BPMN modeler, form designer, data designer and I've seen little features that helps the developers a lot (things like user skill management, user location management, forms reuse etc).

Sadly, BizAgi has one of the worst Work Portal Web Interface regarding to User Experience. While I am creating the process for my customers, everything is all right. I fell like using the right tool to my job at implementing the forms, the rules, the integration etc, but when I give the resulting work to my customers, I get in trouble because the user gets confused with the interface. The menus are confusing (we have even TWO "Process" links!), the lots of IFrames slows down the browser, we have buttons where the user don't expect, we have two columns for selecting a process to work, we can't give the user a hint about the data from a process on and so on.

My experience in developing very transactional interfaces tells me that you could rewrite the entire Work Portal in order to employ a better User Experience architecture, along with modern W3C standards.

I have been searching for a better BPMS alternative regarding to user interface because that is what matters to the end user, but until now I have not found a better BPMS regarding to implementation capabilities, so I really wanted BizAgi to have a great user interface (that would be killer for the others!).

Please, rethink that!
