Enable settin date format for Case.CaseCreationDate

I've made the Idea topic for this matter as suggested by Andres Montoya.

Contents:

for each data value, defined by the user in Data Model, the display format on the form can be modified. However, for the (default existing) Case.CaseCreationDate, this is currently not possible, the format setting options Date format and Show time are missing.

It would be very nice if this would be fixed, as now the user is forced to create another "CaseCreationDate" in his data model to be able to set the date format shown on the form.
