Thank you for reaching out to us. This is a known problem with the applications the platform consists of. Unfortunately, we have not solved it, but we offer you the following workaround that has proved to be helpful with other users:
As soon as the platform redirects you to the profile view, log out using the button on the upper-right corner of that view. Then, go directly to the e-learning platform and make sure you are logged out there too.
Then, log back in in the e-learning platform using your Bizagi account credentials.
This should break the loop of redirecting to the profile view. If the issue continues, you might want to delete the cookies your browser saves and then try again.
