Define Form

Hi,

I create a form for my live process but once Case Creator has been submitted the form, the details didn't appear. It only shows the date and the title of live process. How can I fix this? The details should contains Master Data Type and Description of Request. Btw, this live process currently still in Pilot.

Thank you for reaching out to us. After looking at what you shared about the issue, we would recommend that you check the process model (at which point the data is completed, where the data is stored, how it is retrieved in a subsequent task, etc.) The image you shared shows the edit view of the form which unfortunately does not show any error associated with what you report.

Please, let us know if the issue is still happening and more details so we may help you solve it better.
