Creating a filter within a collection

Hi,

I would like to know how to create a filter Within the collection.

I have a parameter "alloys Group". Each group of alloys may contain alloy elements. This would be easy to's with the Cascading combo, but I need to add These elements in the collection que does not allow me to use cascading combo and the values of this combo should be filtered to my selection

Alloy Group entity should preferably be out of my collection.

I believe we should use filter expressions, Could help me?

parameters:

Alloy Group (parent entity)

Alloy Elements

collection:

Elements to add

Thank you

Dear Cristian,

Collections can be filtered to obtain a smaller set of values to be manipulated. Filters are a powerful tool that restrict the number of elements that are represented in an XPath Expression. A filter indicates one or more conditions to be met within a one-to-many (1:N) relationship. Filters are used in expressions to evaluate records of a collection. These conditions are established in brackets after the relationship name which identifies the 1:N relationship. <xpath[filter condition]>
