Connection to the project is possible only with sa user!

Hi, thank you for your very good product. We are using your nice product in our small startup. Everything is ok before we upgrade to 11.2.4 version. Now we cannot connect to the project with any db or windows user except sa account. I checked your great help site and allocate all required roles to the db users but the problem exists.

Note that when I create a new project everything is OK and I can connect to it with all created users, but connecting to the upgraded project is possible only with sa user.
