Can't create a new project

Hola

I try and try but I can't create a new project in the bizagi studio.

I always receive the following:

I already deinstalled bizagi

deleted the bizagi folder

deleted the database in SQL

restartet the machine

downloaded the newest version from Bizagi

installed bizagi

connected to the existing database

my user is already in the groups bizagi and administrator

Then I created a new project but after a while (1 minute more or less) I receive the message as shown above.

Is there a possibility to see details of the errors?

Do you have an idea what else I can do?

I don"t need to keep any data from bizagi. Perhaps you have a tool to clean all before installing it again,
