We understand that this error is not detailed but we do not have the configuration information about your ECM either. You can attach it to have more information.

Set the ECM in Bizagi and last but not least, 3. it is recommended to review the CMIS compatibility. Below you'll find all these articles in order to verify steps 1, 2 and 3.
