Bizagi won't start
Hi,
I have downloaded and installed/uninstalled Bizagio suite 10.7 several times this morning but cannot get it to start. I'm using Windows 10 pro, have installed IIS with features enabled as per the doco, am using the SQL lite that comes with the quick setup with user sa (which connects and validates OK). I can see Bizagi Operations Service and Scheduler Services running.
When I click on the desktop icon I choose new project, give it a name and use .NET, am prompted for the SQL details (first time only) and see the Project creation wait screens, but then Bizagi just dies and won't open. The Project directory structure is being created on my hard drive and the sub-folders have around 9615 files (507MB) in them.
Any ideas?
Justin
I also have Modeler on the same machine and since installing Suite, the fonts are all corrupt on Modeler (see attached pic). When I click on fields I can see English again, but Modeler is no longer usable. The same strange characters appear when I right click on an artefact.
Would appreciate a rapid response as I am using Modeler for business purposes and it is now unusable.
Thanks,
Justin

Have uninstalled Studio and this has fixed the fonts in Modeler. Look forward to hearing how I can get Studio re-installed and working.
Dear Justin,
The problem that you reported has been fixed. Here are the considerations to apply the solution:

Thanks Juan, I followed your instructions but when I click on "new" project I get a message that Studio has stopped working and it closes.
This is the message I now see after selecting "new" project in the startup screen.
I just un-installed the updated Suite and rebooted, but there are still multiple Bizagi Scheduler Services running, one for each of the Projects - is the un-install not working correctly?
Dear Justin,
Regarding the project scheduler services, please not un-install them. Each project creates one scheduler service in order to execute alarms, jobs among others. We will analyze this issue and as soon as possible, we will write back
Dear Justin,
Please give us further information about this problem. Go to event viewer (http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/open-event-viewer#1TC=windows-7) and send us the message.
Usually, this problem happens when the user who runs Bizagi Studio does not have enough rights. Try to go to the installation path - C:\Program Files\Bizagi\Bizagi Studio\Studio - then, right click on BizAgiStudio.exe and press "Run as administrator".
We look forward to hearing from you
Hi Juan,
Studio is now working! Not sure why it's fixed, but I'll write down what I did in case it helps someone else reading this in the future.
I opened event viewer and saw two errors relating to 2 of the test project's I'd created using the initial version. This is the contents of the errors:

established with the server, but then an error occurred during the pre-login
handshake. (provider: TCP Provider, error: 0 - An established connection was
aborted by the software in your host machine.) Stack Trace: at

Other than that there were lots of Information entries about the Bizagi services starting without problem.
Because of what you said about privileges, I checked the Local Groups and made sure I was part of Bizagi (which I was already). So I ran the Studio exe file as Administrator, as you suggested. It started (very slowly) and I was able to open a Project successfully which it prompted me to upgrade before opening. So I shut Studio and tried running it again from the desktop icon using my own userid. Again, it started successfully. This time I deleted all the previous test projects I'd made (eight of them!) using the File->Projects menu. There were many errors when it tried to delete them and I had to disjoin each one afterwards. Eventually I had just the one project.
Thanks for your assistance, hopefully smooth sailing from now on!
Justin
