Bizagi model not printing all tasks in the diagram

On trying to publish a diagram in the word, but even though I select all the tasks and on the publish screen. It looks like it's going to. When I open the word document only some of the tasks have been published. I can't figure out why.

I have tried all of these actions to no avail;

- Duplicated the diagram

-copied the elements of the diagram into a new diagram

-change task types from send to none

-change the elements that I am publishing from just tasks and subprocesses to all elements

Anybody else having the same problem?

I finally worked it out, if there is nothing in the description then it doesn't print anything.

If Bizagi isn't printing all tasks in the diagram, check print settings, zoom level, and page layout. Adjust these settings or try exporting the diagram as an image for printing. Updating the software may also resolve the issue. If problems persist, contact Bizagi support for assistance.
