Approval by email in Bizagi relies on plain username-password

Currently the approval by email in Bizagi relies on

plain username/password authentication to access the mail account.

Is there a way to configure the mail server in Bizagi using

modern security standards such as OAuth 2.0.?

Dear Stoyan,

At this moment, you can approve or deny cases by email just using e-mail integration. When e-mail integration is enabled for a specific task, its allocated user will receive an e-mail and all he/she has to do is click on any of the buttons included in that e-mail and enter comments if applicable.

Buttons included in that e-mail typically allow the user to decide on the path a case in Bizagi should take (i.e commonly approving or rejecting a request).

For further information see: http://help.bizagi.com/bpm-suite/en/index.html?email_integration.htm

Currently our product does not include the OAuth 2.0 feature. We invite you to use our feedback platform on the ideas space to post your request.

This platform will allow you to share your ideas so that the whole Bizagi BPM Suite community can vote and discuss them. We want to make sure we solve the needs of our clients, so that we can add the features you consider most important.
