add user from external database to Bizagi

We want to use Bizagi for production. So, to start, we need to add entities like users, roles, and other stuff from the external database to Bizagi DB.

Is it possible to connect with another application running by Laravel in the backend with API?

To answer your question, if you have SOA or REST services, it is totally possible to connect with an API.
