Your Modeler Services account is empty"

I have a Bizagi account and I downloaded Modeler Services, but I can't use it because every time I try to open the application I am asked to login and the message "Your Modeler Services account is empty" appears and from then on I can no longer use Bizagi.

Can you help me?
