Work shifts in simulation

Dear Sirs,

I have a question regarding calendar in simulation. Does the program always counts a dayas 24h, or is it possible to set the output to count a day by 8h work shifts? Thank you,Jelena Ristic

Dear Jelena,

According to your question, Bizagi takes a day of 24 hours, there is no way

to change it. The only thing you could do is to run the simulation in terms of

equivalent hours, for example, if you want to simulate 4 days of 8 hours,

run the simulation for 32 hours. To learn how Simulation works, please check this article: http://help.bizagi.com/processmodeler/en/index.html?level_4_example.htm

Hi,I'm trying to create exceptions to a calendar. For example, I created a calendar called "Resource Work Shift". Start time 8:00am, duration 9 hours.Recurrrence: weekly, Mon-Fri.How do I create exceptions to that calendar, e.g. breaks from 10:00-10:15am, 12:00-12:30pm, 2:00-2:15pm, and also holidays such as Dec 25th for Christmas and Jan 1st for New Year's?And how do I link the exceptions (unavailable time) back to the resources?Thank you,Diana

Dear Diana,

It is not possible by now. If you want, you can share it as an idea in order to develop in a future release. As we explained, you need to sum all hours and put it as a total without exceptions.
