why I can't save comments
Hello!
I can't save comments! I shared the file with mangers, they made some comments and saved file as it is (.bpmc) When I open it I can't see any comments. Does bizagi works like Word comments so all comments are saved?
Dear Alexandra,
Collaboration comments can be made at three different levels: model, diagram and element, so that team members can comment on the context in each level.

I know all of that, but still the same problem - I close the file, then reopen it and see no comments. In MS Word I save the file, reopen it and see all the comments made, so the question is really about how can I save the comments? The refs u gave me tell nothing about my problem.
I sent a video on admonsite@bizagi.com, please help us/
Dear Alexandra,
Please send again the video to modeler@bizagi.com

Hello, I am still with the problem, although sysadmin gave me FULL rights: over the folder – doesn’t work. Then over the whole computer – doesn’t work! We need to make a video connection
again so you would understand the problem!
Dear Alexandra,
In order to follow-up this problem, please tell us the Windows version.
We understand that the problem only appears in your work computer, however it works correctly in your personal computer.
Thank you in advance
I am having a similar problem. I
recently upgraded from Bizagi 2.8 to 2.9. Once I did, the comment functionality
started bugging out. I created a video, and just sent it to modeler@bizagi.com. As I'm trying to type
in the comments, you can see that the functionality only works sometimes.
Dear Kyle,
Meanwhile we analyze your video, tell us about your environment:

Windows 7 Enterprise, Service Pack 1
Intel Core i5-5300U CPU @ 2.3GHz
8GB RAM
64-bit Operating System
I have administrative rights to the machine.
The modeler is 64-bit Version 2.9.0.4
Thanks for the help! Bizagi rocks!
Sorry, do you have any progress on our problem? I still can't collaborate on our model.
Dear Alexandra,
According your specific problem, we have tried to reproduce this issue in 2.9 version on Russian Windows and it works correctly. Bizagi modeler needs to have full rights on its file and its folder to read and write.

Hello
i know that this post is about 2 months old, but we have the same problem and we have located where it happens. But have no solution.
The problem is, that when we write comments, save the model and then close Bizagi Modeler, all comments are lost when we open it again.
We have created a collaboration model (bpmc) for testing why this happens.
The model is saved at drive D:\. The programm created the following file-structure:
D:\
|--Test.bpmc
|-+Test
|---+BizAgiArtifacts
|----+Documentation
|----+Users
|------+edv01_gr_holger
|------+edv01_gr_holger.reß
As you can see, even if I'm the only user the modeler created two folders for me.
One called computername_domain_firstname and another call computername_domain_fullname.
When I'm writing a comment it is saved under D:\Test\Users\edv01_gr_holger.reß\Comments.xml
When I resart the modeler, the comment will not be displayed but it is still saved in the mentioned XML-File. When I copy all Files from edv01_gr_holger.reß to edv01_gr_holger and restart the modeler, the comments will be displayed.
So it seems that the comments where stored in one folder but get read from another one. Maybe there is a problem with the dot "." in the user name.
I hope this helps you to solve the problem.
Best regards
Dear Holder,
Thank you for your feedback. We will investigate it and try to reproduce it. Please tell us what language is your Windows, version of it and screenshot of the user settings.
Thank you in advance
Dear Juan,
thanks for the quick response.
We are using Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 both with German localization.
I'm not sure what you mean with user settings.
