Why Bizagi Process Modeler canot create more than 30 lanes on single pool ?

There is no limitation on the number of lanes you can create inside a pool.

However, the canvas space to diagram your model does have a size limit. Having approximately 30 lanes with their default size will pretty much use this canvas height size limit.
